A grand jury has indicted three men in connection with the shooting death of an infant in Holyoke.
The three, Alejandro Ramos, John Luis Sanchez, and Kermith Alvarez are charged with murder in the October 4th death of the child.
Police say the suspects were involved in an altercation which escalated into gunfire.
A stray bullet struck a bus, and wounded a female passenger.
Her child later died after delivery.
Two other suspects, Jose Galarza and Jay Marie Rosado-Rosado are charged with accessory after the fact, for allegedly helping Alvarez after the shooting.
The incident is still under investigation.
