Two men have been charged in the death of a Patriots fan after an altercation at Gillette Stadium.
Patriots fan Dale Mooney died after collapsing during a fight with a group of fans at the game between the Miami Dolphins and New England in September.
John Vieira and Justin Mitchell, both from Rhode Island, have been charged with disorderly conduct and assault and battery.
Mooney's death was ruled a homicide, but investigators said multiple video angles of the fight and autopsy results didn't determine "that the evidence established a basis" for charges related to homicide.
