The trial against the former Superintendent of the Holyoke Soldiers Home and the Home's Medical Director will proceed.
Attorneys for Bennet Walsh and Dr David Clinton asked a Superior Court Judge to dismiss all charges against them.
They are charged with "Criminal Neglect" in the way they handled care of veterans there during the pandemic.
More than 80 veterans died there.
The final pretrial conference is set for March 4th.
The jury trial to begin April 3.
