GrubHub Pays Millions In Fines For Pandemic Overcharges

The food delivery service GrubHub will pay three-and-a-half-million-dollars for overcharging restaurants during the pandemic.

The Massachusetts Attorney General's Office said the company violated fee caps between January and June 2021.

The money will be distributed to affected restaurants.

GrubHub will pay an additional 125-thousand-dollars to the state.
