Three Dead - As Search For Cause Of Fatal Plane Crash Continues

Three people were killed in the crash of a light plane in the Leyden Wildlife Area on Sunday.

Police say the twin-engine Beechcraft went down at around 11:45 am off Country Club Road in Greenfield.

The place was found in a clearing on the side of a wooded mountain.

The three adults on board have not been named; the National Transportation Safety Board is investigating the cause of the crash.
