Holyoke plans to build a state of the art sports complex.
Mayor Joshua Garcia announced on Tuesday that the complex will include nearly 140-thousand square feet of indoor space, basketball and volleyball courts, along with rock climbing and other activities.
The complex would also be the new home for the International Volleyball Hall of Fame, and will host several events and tournaments annually.
More than 40 part and full-time jobs would be created, with an estimated investment of at least 50-million dollars.
