Massachusetts voters may get to vote on the legalization of some psychedelic substances this fall.
Mass For Mental Health Options hosted an event recently to discuss the use of psychedelics for the treatment of behavioral health and pointed to Oregon's therapy program as a model.
Three states and the District of Columbia recently enacted measures to legalize psychedelics, and cities including Northampton, Easthampton, Cambridge, and Provincetown have passed similar measures at their level.
Amherst's Town Council has also passed a resolution in support of decriminalization.
