A Connecticut man has been ordered held in connection with Monday's armed assault at Springfield High School of Science & Technology.
Twenty-two-year-old Josiah Livingston of Hartford is alleged to have been one of four non-students who forced their way into the school. Livingston is accused of pistol-whipping a student and firing a shot, which did not hit anyone.
At this arraignment in District Court this morning, a judge rejected an attempted guilty plea by Livingston's attorney, and he was ordered held on 25-thousand dollars' bail.
Livingston was at the time, out on bail for another case, and that was revoked.
He next appears in court on April 10th.
