Massachusetts House Speaker Ron Mariano is issuing a state budget warning.
He said the fiscal 2025 budget could be partially funded via the state's reserve accounts.
But he cautioned that many programs could be in jeopardy for the fiscal 2026 state budget.
Mariano cites lower state tax revenue and the high and rising cost of housing an influx of migrants.
