A 67-year-old Holland man who owns a strip club in Connecticut has been arrested on federal prostitution and tax fraud charges.

Kenneth Denning is charged in connection with the ownership of the Electric Blue Cafe in Tolland.

Two employees of the club were also arrested in connection with the alleged illegal activities taking place there.

The charging documents indicate that the three allowed women to use VIP Rooms to perform commercial sex acts and then pocketed most of the money.

Allegations include failing to report well over five-million-dollars in club revenue to the IRS and using illegal immigrants as dancers.
