The Boston Red Sox fired on all cylinders in beating the Atlanta Braves at Fenway Park in Boston.

The final was 9-0. The Sox had 13 hits.

Rafael Devers had a huge day.

Devers had two monster home runs over the left field wall. In total the Sox had 13 hits.

Pitching was strong as well. Sox pitchers allowed just one hit. Nick Pivetta allowed just one hit and struck out nine over seven innings.

The other big news came from Holyoke native Jamie Westbrook.

The 28-year-old playing in his first week in the majors got his first hit - a clean single in the eighth.

He gave the ball to his mother who just completed radiation treatments for breast cancer.

The Red Sox will be in Chicago to meet the White Sox Thursday night.
