Hartford Police continue to investigate a fatal hit and run accident that claimed the life of a 40 year old Chicopee resident.
Hartford Police say they do not know why Lutricia Daniels was on Tower Avenue at 11:55 last night.
The car was found a short time later - torched, the driver missing.
So far there have been three fatal pedestrian accidents this year in the Greater Hartford area.
