A new champion is being crowned in the Nathan's Famous 4th of July Hot Dog Eating Contest in Coney Island.
According to unofficial counts, Illinois native Patrick Bertoletti has won the mustard belt in the annual competition after chowing down 58 dogs and buns.
The contest has received extra attention this year after 16-time champ Joey "Jaws" Chestnut bowed out over an endorsement deal with vegan brand Impossible Foods.
Florida's Geoffrey Esper, who is the number two eater in the world was a contender. Esper is a native of Oxford, Mass.
Chestnut's record is 76 hot dogs.
Meanwhile, Miki Sudo is once again the winner on the women's side, beating her own record after wolfing down 51 dogs.
It's the 10th time she's won the competition.
