Governor Maura Healey reportedly is questioning whether President Biden can win reelection after his debate performance last week.
The New York Times reports that Healey told other governors Monday that she had already expressed her concerns to the White House chief of staff.
Healey has not commented publicly on the meeting she and other governors attended Wednesday night with President Biden.
Meantime, Massachusetts Congressman Seth Moulton is calling on President Biden to drop out of the presidential race.
Moulton yesterday became the third House Democrat to publicly call for Biden to step aside.
He says that the unfortunate reality is that the status quo will likely mean the return of Donald Trump to the White House.
The North Shore congressman says President Biden is not going to get any younger, and a new generation of leaders needs to be elevated.
