Senator Michael Moore says there are two critically important measures that he was able to get through the state senate as part of the five-billion-dollar Affordable Housing Bill.

One amendment would require home inspections on all homes to protect buyers.

A second measure would create a fund that would help homeowners who have foundations crumbling because of bad concrete.

They has impacted hundreds of homeowners in central and western Massachusetts.
