Four questions have been certified by Secretary of State William Galvin to be on the November ballot in Massachusetts.
The Question Headlines are:
State Auditor’s Authority to Audit the Legislature
Elimination of MCAS as High School Graduation Requirement
Unionization for Transportation Network Drivers
Limited Legalization and Regulation of Certain Natural Psychedelic Substances
A fifth question which appears to have enough signatures to qualify is being challenged before the State Ballot Law Commission.
It's a question regarding a minimum wage for tipped workers.
The commission is expected to hold a hearing on are after July 17th.
