A suspect is charged with murder in connection with the shooting death of man in Holyoke on July 9th.
The Hampden District Attorney's Office said 19-year-old Luis Rodriguez of Chicopee is scheduled for arraignment Monday in Holyoke District Court.
Authorities said on the night of July 9th, 38-year-old Dexter Ortiz was shot on West Street and later died at Baystate Medical Center.
