Protests Expected As Israel's Prime Minister Address Congress

Pro-Palestinian groups are organizing a major protest as Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu visits DC today.

The groups are organizing bus trips from cities like Boston, New York, Atlanta, Chicago and Philadelphia in a bid to surround the U.S. Capitol building.

Protesters are being told to wear red to symbolize a "red line against genocide."

Netanyahu is set to address a joint session of Congress on later today.

Vice President Kamala Harris will not preside over Netanyahu's address to Congress, as vice presidents typically do. Instead, she'll travel to Indianapolis for an event scheduled before launching her presidential campaign.

Republicans seized the opportunity to slam Harris for missing the event, accusing her of boycotting the speech.

Harris, however, is set to hold a separate meeting with Netanyahu.
