Hey California has its Wine Trails. And now Massachusetts is going to compete.
Lt Governor Kim Driscoll unveiling the Massachusetts Ice Cream Trail.
Not only does it promote ice cream establishments throughout the region, but also dairies and tourism.
Driscoll made the announcement cup of ice cream in hand and ready to sample.’
“Dairy farms are the backbone of the Massachusetts Ice Cream Trail,” said Lieutenant Governor Kim Driscoll. “They provide the essential ingredients for our delicious ice cream and contribute significantly to our state’s economy and rural character. With this new attraction, we’re making Massachusetts a top destination for ice cream enthusiasts and celebrating our rich agricultural heritage.”
From The Cape to Downtown Boston.
From Central Mass to the Berkshires, there is something for everyone.
Nobody hates ice cream, right?
Although the lion's share of the establishments are in the eastern part of the state, there are a fair number at this end of the Commonwealth.
