Vice President Kamala Harris says she hopes Donald Trump will agree to debate her.

During her first major fundraiser since becoming the presumptive Democratic nominee for president, Harris said she and Trump "have a lot to talk about."

Harris told the crowd that she is an underdog in the presidential race but said "this is a people-powered campaign, and we have momentum."

She also touched on her time as an attorney general, saying she took on "one of our country's largest for-profit colleges that was scamming students," whereas Trump "ran a for-profit college that scammed students."
