Team USA was shut out by Australia 3-0 in the third game of pool play.

Elizabeth Yeager of Greenwich, Connecticut led the team with three shot attempts.

Kelsey Bing was able to stop five of the eight shots she faced.

Alexandra Hammel of Duxbury is the sole Massachusetts representative on the team.

The United States is currently fifth in Pool B with one point at 0-1-and-2, and will face Great Britain in a must-win game Thursday morning.
