Springfield Mayor Opens Cooling Centers

Springfield Mayor Dom Sarno has opened Cooling Centers throughout the city as temperatures Thursday and Friday are expected to reach the low 90's and with moderate to high humidity, the Heat Index could hit near 100 degrees.
