A Massachusetts business operator is pleading guilty to charges in connection with a fatal accident in 2019.

Dunyadar Gasonov of West Springfield was co-owner of Westfield Transit, Inc., a for-hire motor carrier.

Under a plea agreement, Gasonov will admit guilt to three counts of falsifying driving logs, by ordering an employee to doctor records to exceed permitted driving hours, and lying to a federal inspector.

Gasonov was one of the bosses of Volodymyr Zhukovskyy, who killed seven motorcyclists in the accident in Randolph; he was found not guilty of all charges.

Gasonov faces up to 15 years in prison, a 10-thousand-dollar fine, and could face a change in his immigration status.
