Several events are taking place in Western Massachusetts today to commemorate the 9/11 attacks.
Memorial ceremonies will be held at Veterans Memorial Park in Pittsfield at ten a.m. and Riverfront Park in Springfield at six p.m.
A ceremony will also take place at the Amherst North Fire Station at 9:45 this morning.
Flags will be flown at half-staff across Massachusetts today to honor the victims of the attacks.
