Karen Read is appealing a judge's ruling that rejected her motion to dismiss two-of- the-three charges against her, including second-degree murder.
Read has submitted affidavits from jurors in her trial stating they had reached unanimous not guilty verdicts for second-degree murder and leaving the scene of a crash.
The jurors said they were only deadlocked on a low level manslaughter charge.
Read is accused of striking and killing her Boston cop boyfriend John O'Keefe with her SUV in 2022, while she claims someone else killed him and she's being framed.
