Massachusetts and over a dozen other states are suing TikTok.
The lawsuit alleges the popular short-term video app is harming mental health by designing its platform to be addictive to kids.
Attorney General Andrea Campbell said yesterday the state will not tolerate companies exploiting the vulnerabilities of young people for profit.
The company says that the suit against them is misleading.
