A Springfield man is being awarded 15-million-dollars after a jury found Johnson and Johnson responsible for his cancer diagnosis.

The lawsuit filed by Evan Plotkin claimed his terminal lung cancer was caused by asbestos in Johnson and Johnson baby powder.

Plotkin was diagnosed with mesothelioma, which is only caused by asbestos.

Johnson and Johnson claim their baby powder is safe, and will appeal the ruling.
