There's an arrest in a western Massachusetts double murder cold case after 46 years.
In November, 1978, the bodies of 18-year-old Theresa Marcoux of East Longmeadow and 20-year-old Mark Harnish from Dennis on the Cape, were found in a rest area on Route 5 in West Springfield.
Hampden County District Attorney Anthony Gulluni announced the arrest of Timothy Scott Joley of Clearwater, Florida, based on a partial fingerprint and a tip. Joley is charged with murder.
It is unclear when Joley will be brought to the Commonwealth to face charges.
Prosecutors concede they have no real motive yet.
