An illegal immigrant from Guatemala has been arrested by ICE officials in Great Barrington.
According to a statement from the agency, 21-year-old Mynor Stiven De Paz-Munoz entered this country illegally in 2020 and was let go on a notice to appear.
He was arrested again in February and released on bail for child sexual assault.
He was arrested for the third time last week in Great Barrington.
And now he will face a variety of charges when he is arraigned in Berkshire County Superior Court.
