JFK Remembered - 61 Years After Assassination

A Solemn day today in our nation.

One in which many people wonder "what if."

In 1963, President John F. Kennedy was assassinated while riding in a motorcade in Dallas, Texas.

Governor John Connelly was seriously wounded. Vice President Lyndon Johnson was sworn in as President a short time later.

Lee Harvey Oswald was arrested for the shooting a few hours later.

Ceremonies are planned throughout the region.
