The man wanted for the killings of a 20-year-old woman and her baby boy last week in Hartford has been arrested in Puerto Rico.
Police say 23-year-old Lance Morales was taken into custody by federal marshals on Saturday, and is being held on three-million-dollars bond.
Morales is accused of killing Jessiah Mercado and four-month-old Messiah Diaz of Massachusetts in a November 19th drive by shooting.
A man in his 20s was also shot and wounded during the incident, which was reportedly because of a dispute over a vehicle.
