One member of the Patriots' secondary is making his return.
The NFL announced Monday that safety Jabrill Peppers has been removed from the commissioner exempt list, and is now eligible to participate in all team activities.
Peppers pleaded not guilty to charges including strangulation and drug possession in early October.
The Patriots said in a statement that they will await the outcome of the legal process, and the league's investigation, before making any further comment.
A jury trial is scheduled for January 22nd.
