A man accused of killing a 20-year-old woman and her four-month-old baby in Hartford has been returned to the state to face charges.
Lance Morales was arrested last month in Puerto Rico, four days after the killings of Jessiah Mercado and her son Messiah Diaz.
Police say the shooting happened because of an ongoing dispute between Morales and Mercado over a car.
Morales arrived in Connecticut from Puerto Rico on Saturday, and is being held on three-million-dollars bail.
