The Fitchburg mother of five and her five children who went missing last week have now been found safe and sound in Whitney Texas.
The adults were placed into custody and the kids are being cared for by the state.
Ruth Encarnacion, and Isael Rivera will face five counts each of custodial kidnapping.
It is unclear when they will return to the state.
