Those planning to watch Holyoke's 72nd annual Saint Patrick's Day Parade on Sunday are advised to arrive early.
It begins at 11:10 a.m. at the former K-Mart Plaza on Northampton Street and ends after the intersection at Hampden Street.
The parade traditionally includes marching bands, floats, Irish dancers and more.
This year, Bridget Moynahan, Blue Bloods fame will be the the JFK Award winner.
The award is presented annually to an American of Irish descent who has distinguished themselves in their chosen career and who demonstrates the values of family, faith and community.
