A Massachusetts man has been arrested after a crash that killed a man on a bicycle in East Windsor.
Police say 32-year-old Samalier Rivera-Tirado was riding a bicycle that was struck head on by a van on Route Five yesterday afternoon.
He was rushed to the hospital, but was pronounced dead a short time later.
A 34-year-old Springfield man Waldemar Serrano-Acevedo was arrested at the scene after police say he failed a standardized field sobriety test.
The man is being held on one-million-dollars bond.
