A 27-year-old Springfield man was arrested after a traffic stop in Enfield.
Police say Justin Perez had an outstanding warrant out of Tolland and was turned over to Connecticut State Police.
Officials say the warrant was based on allegations from a female student at Somer’s High School alleging Perez had inappropriate contact with her.
Perez was arraigned on a variety of charges and was held in lieu of 100 thousand dollars bond. Nothing yet from the arraignment session.
