Damage Reported Following Severe Weather

The work continues to clear debris and make repairs after the severe weather in Holyoke on Saturday.

Mayor Joshua Garcia says cleanup is expected to take several days, noting that the city has not seen a storm like this in a while.

The mayor said the Cleveland Street and Park Slope neighborhoods are facing "major infrastructure damage," with crews working to install new utility poles.

However, he did say Holyoke will receive help from neighboring cities including Springfield and Easthampton.
