A 44-year-old Springfield man is charged in Connecticut.
Joshua Middleton is accused of taking juveniles to a Target store in South Windsor to steal merchandise in April of 2024.
He turned himself in last Thursday and was released on ten-thousand-dollars bond.
Middleton is due in Superior Court in Manchester, Connecticut later this month.
