The acting head of ICE is set to leave his role at the end of May.
Homeland Security Secretary Markwayne Mullin confirmed on Thursday that Todd Lyons will be leaving for a role in the private sector on May 31st.
Lyons has worked for ICE for almost 20 years.
It is unknown who will fill the role, as the Senate has not confirmed a director for ICE since 2017.
