The Red Sox were ahead 2 -1 in the fifth inning.
The Yankees had ten hits in scoring their four runs.
The Red Sox were held to just four hits.
Schlittler moves his record to 3 and 1 in recording the win.
Danny Coulombe took the loss.
The Red Sox hit the road Friday night. They will be in Baltimore.
The Yankees will be in Houston to face the Astros.
