Trey Yesavage was credited with the win after striking out three over five and a third scoreless frames in his season debut.

Kazuma Okamoto went one for four with a two-run single.

Toronto has won three out of its last four.

Payton Tolle was tagged with the loss after allowing three runs on three hits and four walks.

Boston was seeking its fourth straight win.
