Some Eversource customers are about to see higher bills.
The energy company's rate hike for basic service goes into effect August 1st.
The average basic service customer's bill will go up about 14 dollars each month.
Eversource says the rate increase is correlated to the energy supply being "tightly constrained" in New England.
