If two Florida Republican Senators get their way, we'll have an extra hour to shovel snow each night this winter. Sens. Marco Rubio and Rick Scott introduced a bill to postpone clocks from “falling back” one hour until November of 2021. That would also mean clocks would not “spring forward” one hour next March.
