A former state aide is suing former state Senate President Stan Rosenberg and his husband Bryon Hefner.
The suit claims Hefner sexually assaulted him several times in 2015 and 2016.
The lawsuit also claims that Rosenberg, formerly the senator serving the Hampshire, Franklin and Worcester District, was aware of his husband's behavior.
It claims Rosenberg made excuses for Hefner, and that he was acting as an agent for the former top legislative leader.
