The Warren Group says home sales increased in the state by six-point two percent.
The report also shows an increase in the median price of a home to 665 thousand dollars, an increase of a little more than two percent.
Springfield saw a small decline in sales, but a 5 percent increase in median prices to 300 thousand dollars.
Holyoke saw an increase in sales and median prices. The median price is now 350 thousand dollars.
In West Springfield, they saw a 40 percent increase in sales and an 8 percent increase in median prices to 350 thousand dollars.
